Cliff Williams
Kerry & I started the company back in June 2002, we both had a belief that we could give our clients a much better service than they were already getting, so we started assembling carefully a team around us that match our ambitions and our drive to be the best in the industry.
We now believe we have done this after initially making Jack, Andrew, Oliver, and Steve directors and now partners - they can lead the company to hopefully even better times in the future.
Kerry Hill
As co-founder of Williams & Hill I am proud to be part of a great company. W&H was started as both Cliff and I felt that we had more to offer than being just employees. With a wealth of experience and a passion for art, we took the opportunity to work for ourselves and never looked back.
The next chapter of our story is seeing our employees turn into owners. Their hard work and commitment was obvious from their early days and they took that to the next level when they acquired shares in W&H. With their drive and our experience W&H will continue to thrive long into the future.
Jack Swabey
Jack joined Williams and Hill in 2008 as an Art Fair manager and helped Williams and Hill increase the size of their Art Fair and project departments, we now work on many fairs and exhibitions across the world.
Andrew Siavoshian
Andrew joined Williams and Hill in 2005 as a Transport planner and helped introduce many systems which we still use to this day, After a few years in Transport, Andrew moved onto running our export department and is now heavily involved with business development and managing the team and shipments.
Steve Leakey
Steve joined Williams and Hill in 2004 as an Import and Export supervisor and assisted in making sure Williams and Hill had bonded facilities as well a temporary admission account to make sure we can offer our clients many options with imports into the UK, Over the past few years Steve has been working hard behind the scenes dealing with Insurance, HR and various warehouse moves.
Oliver Dubery
Oliver joined Williams and Hill in 2016 and had previously worked extensively within freight for all his working life. Oliver had only previously worked for general freight companies but decided it was time for a change and joined the Fine Art industry. Oliver brought with him a lot of his contacts and expertise to benefit the services we can offer clients with air and sea exports.
