Williams & Hill’s custom-designed facility delivers the latest in high-security storage. Our electronic entry system monitors the safety and security of your goods. With oversize doors and open areas, we can accommodate large sculptures, with the capacity to design and build office and work space adjacent to your storage.
Our 32,000 square foot art storage warehouse is fully climate-controlled, and with a further 48,000 square feet of warehousing on site we can offer storage solutions for every client, from single item storage to private vaults for large collections. Our dedicated staff will work with you to provide a space to fit your requirements and budget considerations.
Purpose built
Our stand-alone storage facility is situated in a protective compound and, for the safety of your possessions, built with no exposure to adjacent walls or properties.
Fire safety
For a higher level of protection, our smoke detectors and heat sensors are monitored 24/7, and regularly inspected to the latest British Standards.
Security
Equipped with 24 hour monitored Electronic Security Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, CCTV monitoring and infrared motion detectors with photo-electric beams.
Climate control
Temperature in our storage facilities is maintained at a museum-approved 22° and humidity at 50%, 24/7.
